6. Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing an order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

We offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

  • Customer remorse: Customer pays return shipping and a 30% restocking fee applies.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
